At Cards Portal , all purchases of digital gift cards are considered final. Because of the electronic nature of digital gift cards, we do not offer returns, exchanges, cancellations, or refunds once the transaction is complete and the digital gift card has been generated, delivered via email, or made available to the recipient.
2. Non-Refundable & Non-Exchangeable
Digital gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash, other denominations, or physical gift cards, except where required by applicable local law.
Once a digital gift card code is redeemed or applied toward a purchase, it cannot be refunded or credited back to a different payment method.
3. Delivery Issues & Technical Support
If you or your intended recipient did not receive the digital gift card email/code:
Please check your spam or junk folder first.

We will verify the order status and, if necessary, resend the digital gift card to the correct email address.
4. Lost or Stolen Gift Cards
Cards Portal is not responsible for lost, stolen, or accidentally deleted digital gift cards once they have been successfully delivered to the designated email address provided at checkout. Treat your digital gift card code like cash.
